These videos were produced for Narragansett Sailing School, the sailing school where I am an instructor, to help their ASA 101 students be more prepared for docking and departing the dock during what is often their first day on a sailboat.
In the scheme of the See One, Do One, Teach One teaching method these videos are meant to stand in for the “See One” – giving the students the opportunity to see to dock the NSS way before stepping aboard and participating in one (Do One).
These videos were built to be used as a part of the course but they stand on their own reasonably well so I thought I would share them with you all as well.
If you’re in New England and are looking for Sailing instruction I definitely suggest you check out narragansettsailingschool.com!
